What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
These drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skill.
If you are a beginner, there is no need to worry cardio tennis is also designed for you. Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.
Join me for the most exciting up tempo tennis session, coordination training and cardiovascular workout you will ever be a part of. A cardio tennis session can consist of maximum 8 and minimum 6 Players of which everyone doesn’t have to be a tennis player.
