Yoga is a powerful and dynamic form of training whose combined techniques of breathing and movements give flexibility and a feeling of well-being. The course encompasses strengthening, balancing and stretching exercises to build mental and physical strength, purify the body and reduce tension. Yoga helps you to strengthen you body and mind.

Personal training Yoga
60 minutes single 800 SEK or couple 950 SEK
90 minutes single 1100SEK or couple 1300 SEK

The training is recommended at least once a week. Personal training is an excellent way to kick-start your exercise regime or to work intensively to develop and deepen  your knowledge of yoga.
