Power plate

Vibration training is a gentle type of training. Either you sit, stand or lie on a platform which vibrates with shifting intensity. The vibrations make the muscles work in the same way as when lifting a dumbbell. By training on a powerplate, you save a great deal of time and increase your muscle strength. Also, it improves your flexibility, blood circulation and your  condition.

Redcord

Redcord training is a weight training which is very effective on both the deeper and  shallow muscles. By training with Redcord you get the following results:
